Free postage

Orders up to £60 qualify for free p&p using Royal Mail 1st Class.
Orders for £60 - £100 qualify for free p&p using Royal Mail Recorded Signed for.
Orders for £101 or more qualify for free p&p using Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day if order received before 3pm Monday - Thursday.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday & Saturday before 12 midday are dispatched the same day.

If an item requires to be ordered from one of our suppliers, notification of the delivery date will be sent via email/telephone.

Delivery times depend on the delivery service you choose, for options see below:

Royal Mail 1st class

Your item(s) will be packed with branded packaging. Your order will be packed flat, it will be sent normal First Class post and will fit through your letter box. You will not need to sign for it. (Delivery time: usually within 3-5 working days)

Royal Mail standard recorded delivery

Your item(s) will be packed with branded packaging. You must sign for the delivery. (Delivery time: usually within 1-3 working days)

Royal mail Guaranteed next day (Special delivery)

Your item(s) will be packed with branded packaging. You must sign for the delivery. (Delivery time: Next working day Monday - Friday)

Royal Mail International Signed for

Your item(s) will be packed with branded packaging. You must sign for the delivery. Delivery to Europe £10.00, International Delivery £15.00. (Delivery time: usually up to 10 working days)

If you order value is below the Free Postage options & you want a guaranteed delivery date you can pay extra for either Recorded or Special delivery
